Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works of art. Natural variations in texture, brushwork, edges, and surface character are part of what makes each piece unique. These qualities are not defects, but part of the handmade nature of original artwork.

This natural difference between an original painting and a printed reproduction does not indicate a defect.
Second Virgin Hand-Painted works are artist-painted interpretations based on an original composition. Because each one is painted by hand, slight variations may occur from the original reference image. These subtle differences are part of the authenticity and uniqueness of the work.
We inspect artwork before it is shipped to help ensure it meets our standards for appearance, finish, and overall readiness for delivery. Packaging is also chosen carefully to help protect the work in transit.
