At Asali Studio, your satisfaction is important. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your artwork.

Eligibility for a Return

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• The artwork must be returned in the same original condition it was received.
• A full refund will be issued once the artwork is safely returned and inspected.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Artwork damaged due to improper packing during return shipment may reduce or void the refund.

Refunds

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after the artwork is received and verified in its original condition.
